Whiskey Sour

  • 2 oz Bulleit Burbon
  • 1 fresh egg white
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz lime juice
  • ¾ tbsp simple syrup

Add syrup, lemon, lime, whiskey, egg and shake a few times. Add ice, shake again. Fill an old fashioned glass with crushed ice past the top. Strain into glass.

Garnish: mint sprig, luxardo cherry
