Violet Beauregarde

  • 1 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 1 oz Platino Atlantico White Rum
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower
  • 15-20 fresh blueberries
  • 1 fresh lime
  • Dash of habanero, serrano, or jalapeño shrub (to taste)
  • Dash of brown sugar syrup (optional)

Muddle blueberries, shake all with ice, strain & juice out into a champagne coupe. Garnish with slapped basil leaves.
