The Crisp

  • 1 ½ oz Tequila Espalon Reposado
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz agave nectar
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 1 cucumber wheel
  • 1 small slice of serrano pepper

Muddle agave, basil, cucumber, serrano. Add Lime and tequila, shake with ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish: Thin cucumber wheel floater
