• 2 oz Bulliet Rye whiskey
  • 1 cube sugar
  • 5 dashes peach bitters

Mix sugar with a splash of water and bitters until dissolved. Add whiskey and 3 cubes of ice. Stir gently for 10 seconds. Place an oversized ice cube in an old fashioned glass. Strain slowly into glass. Garnish: Red bell pepper slice, yellow bell pepper slice, green onion.
