- Fresh coffee
- 1 oz Jameson Whiskey
- 1 ¼ oz heavy whipping cream
- ¾ tbsp sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
Shake cream and sugar in a small container for about 15 seconds until whipped. Don't over whip. Add whiskey to Irish coffee glass. Fill until ½ finger below the top with coffee. Pour in cream. Top with cinnamon.
